Agent Sprint | A hands-on AI workshop for B2B sales, marketing, business development and customer success teams
Finish 2026 with an Agent Sprint. Start 2027 in stride.
Your team already uses AI, each person on their own. That's not a pace you can hold into 2027.
One workshop. 6 hours. By the end of the day your team has AI workflows that are already moving, and that you keep building on.

Where you are now
The problem isn't that your team doesn't use AI. It's that everyone runs alone.
Your team is already experimenting. Someone drafts proposals with it, someone else preps research, someone else leans on chat to get through the busywork faster. Everyone's found something that works for them. None of it has turned into how the team works.
There's no shared way to decide what to fix first, what to build and what to buy. The knowledge sits with your strongest people, and when one of them leaves, it walks out the door with them.
Every month that goes by like this, the teams already running with AI together pull further ahead of the ones still going it alone.
Fit
Who the sprint is for
Sales, marketing, business development or customer success teams at B2B companies who already use AI personally and want to turn that into something the whole department has. A small team gets just as much out of it, and you can put a few teams in the same room, with each person still working on their own process.
It's a weaker fit for a team that hasn't started with AI at all, or for an organization looking for a full system implementation. A scoping call is a better place to start.
The method
We build your first workflow on a real process
In Agent Sprint, each person or pair works on a real process of their own: research before a sales call, putting a value proposition together, or whatever else is slowing them down right now.
We break each process into steps and define what a good result looks like. We work out what the AI needs to know, and what's worth building, what's worth buying, and what to leave alone. Then we build it, input to output, and see what holds up, what doesn't, and what needs more work.
By the end of the day the whole team shares a language and a clear picture of how to keep going.
The outcomes
What you walk out with
- A handful of real processes from your team, mapped, each with a clear definition of the result you want.
- A working process for each person, so you can see what working with an AI agent actually looks like in your world.
- A practical way to decide what comes next, and what isn't worth doing yet.
Tools and models will keep changing. Knowing how to diagnose a process, give AI the right context, and run a team workflow is what stays.
The scope
What the sprint includes
A single in-person workshop, 6 hours, for one team of up to 10 people.
- An alignment call before the workshop.
- A workshop shaped around the processes your team picks.
- A working process for each person.
- A wrap-up on the next step.

"Danny led a focused 4-hour workshop for our Revenue teams. It helped the team work with AI more confidently, and think about how each function can support the rest. For a short session, it created real change in the way people approach their day-to-day work."

"Danny took us, step by step, from the most basic starting point, and showed us how these tools can change our work. He convinced even the skeptics among us. What we gained from him is a real step up."
Let's say it out loud
What you're thinking and not saying
"We've done an AI workshop before. We walked out with a slide deck."
That happens a lot, and fairly so. A deck is finished the day it's presented. A sprint finishes with a real working process that each person built themselves.
"One day isn't enough for a problem this big."
True. One day doesn't put AI into every process. It does end with one process that works and a method you can run again on the next one.
"We already work with AI. What exactly are we going to learn?"
The personal use is already there. The sprint is about taking a process and building an agent or a Skill that runs it, instead of starting from a blank chat every single time.
