The latest war brought my whole structure down
My name is Danny Shaket. I am a marketer, an academic lecturer and a consultant on bringing AI into organizations. I was diagnosed with ADHD at university, but I thought it was a non-issue. For years I built "scaffolding": habits and systems that made it look like everything was fine.
Then reality simply became too much, and all the scaffolding started to collapse.
The round of fighting with Iran. My wife, pregnant with our fourth child, was called up for reserve duty in the Israeli army. We moved in with my parents. The kids lived under air-raid sirens. Clients disappeared. The money in the bank ran low. All at once I felt completely unsupported. Confused and paralyzed, under constant pressure, I understood that something had to change.
But this time I did not try to sort out the chaos on my own. I did something different:
Then I threw everything into an AI agent so it could work together with me. It got the mess in my head from me, the tasks, all the context. Completely raw.
It did not ask me to organize anything. Instead, it scanned the information, made the connections, and gave me back only one thing: the next step I should take.
For the first time in years, the task paralysis broke. Not because my brain changed. It happened because I finally found an engine that fits my brain.
